Lee Jae Wook is a South Korean actor and model. He debuted as an actor in 2018 in the drama "Memories of the Alhambra" and gained succeeding major roles in "Search: WWW" and "Extraordinary You". In October 2020, he starred in "Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol", making it his first leading role.

He graduated from Chung-Ang University, majoring in Theatre Arts. He was previously represented by VAST Entertainment but left last March 22, 2021. He is currently signed with C-JeS Entertainment. His modeling activities include photoshoots and fashion shows for high-end fashion brands including Prada, Dior, Nike, Berluti, Zegna, EX NIHILO, and Fendi, as well as commercials and photoshoots for Lancôme Cosmetics. He has been featured in many prominent fashion publications.

In 2019, he won the “Best New Actor” for the drama "Extraordinary You" at the MBC Drama Awards, and in 2020, he won “Rookie of the Year” at the Asia Artist Awards , “Actor of the Year – Rookie” at the 18th Brand of the Year Awards, and "Excellence Award for Actor in a Miniseries" for his outstanding performance in "Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol" at the KBS Drama Awards.

In 2022, he was awarded the “Global Excellence Award” at the Korea Drama Awards for his contribution to the Hallyu wave for his role in the drama "Alchemy of Souls". He was also honored with the “Asia Special Award” at the 17th Asia Model Awards. The award is granted to world stars who are loved and recognized throughout Asia outside of South Korea. In the same year, Lee was also awarded with "Best Actor Award" in Asia Artist Awards .
